Emma Howie Smith
Teacher
The physical aspect of yoga was always the draw for me. I loved the lasting feeling of the rhythmic movement of vinyasa left me with. As I practised more regularly I soon realised yoga went far beyond stretching and the mental benefits it gave me were transformational.
Being able to continue practising yoga through both my pregnancies helped me retain some normality in my life during a period of huge change. Yoga helped keep my body strong & flexible and it was my saviour in those early postpartum days.
Now as a Mum of two little boys I know how exhausting and often overwhelming it can be and understand first hand how important it is to make time for yourself during this time. I absolutely love teaching pregnancy yoga and sharing the benefits of this incredible practise with mums to be. Whether you're pregnant and want to move your body in a safe and effective way or you're looking for a way to fit movement into your life with baby by your side, I can't wait to welcome you to a class soon. -
Ali Rogers
Teacher
Ali absolutely loves everything about yoga, even the more challenging aspects, because its an amazing practice that helps us achieve individual growth and transformation.
Ali came to yoga as a movement practice over 20 years ago however she only understood its full potential benefits while going through a difficult time in her life. Since then she has holistically practised both Vinyasa and Yin yoga consistently.
You’ll find Ali teaching Yin and the more restorative types of yoga. “Often our lives are in a very Yang state – busy, stressful, focused on others. By practising Yin we get to spend time slowing down, releasing tension and turning inwards to bring out our inner strengths and talents.” Her teaching incorporates a safe, effective physical practice with guided meditation and breathwork. -
Sampuran Gill
Teacher
My passion for martial arts led me to yoga because I was looking for a way to help my body move and recover better for my next martial arts class. Practicing both Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and yoga has made me a more confident, calm, motivated, and determined person and helped me become who I am today, feeling much better in my body and mind. The yoga practice has also helped me understand and recognize negative thought patterns I sometimes fall into and become more accepting of who I am.
One of the most beneficial things I’ve learned from yoga and applied daily in martial arts training is the ability to control my breath and stay calm in some pretty stressful situations, both physically and mentally. When we manage to control our breath under stress, we can think and act more clearly and efficiently.
I believe that with a consistent yoga practice, we can all experience better performance, improved health, and greater peace of mind. -

Frankie Culpin
Teacher
Frankie is a yoga teacher, trained massage therapist and a mum of 2 young kids. She has been practicing yoga on and off since she first discovered it through an after school class she attended in which she was the only pupil there practicing with adults.
She started to develop a regular practice when she found that she loved the vinyasa flow style of yoga. While she was abroad on her first ever yoga retreat in 2014, she felt a deeper connection to the practice and was called to do her teacher training after experiencing how yoga goes deeper than a focus on the physical body. Later that year she completed her first YTT qualification in Hatha Yoga in India.
Since then she has continued to train and expand her teaching, completing a second YTT in 2015 in Vinyasa Flow Yoga along with courses in Yoga Nidra, Prenatal Yoga and Perimenopause Yoga. Her regular practice has always been Vinyasa Flow as she loves exploring the freedom and creativity that a flow practice allows - sometimes blending in other movement styles.
She aims to develop a practice that feels good and complete -a holistic practice that leaves her relaxed, balanced and empowered. She does however also love getting horizontal for a cosy and restful Nidra.

Joe MacGowan
Breathwork Facilitator
My journey into breathwork began during a challenging period in my life when I discovered the profound power of the breath. As I learned more, it became a beautiful anchor in the storm, gently guiding me back to myself. This experience sparked a deep curiosity and passion for breathwork, which continues to grow as Imove into the final phase of my training as a Breathwork Facilitator. My focus is on guiding participants out of their heads and into their bodies, helping them connect with their unique breath patterns.
To me, the breath is what I call low-hanging fruit - easily accessible and incredibly nourishing. I'm continuously amazed by the wonder of breath and how it touches every aspect of our lives, from our first inhale at birth to our final exhale. There’s a certain mystery in the breath that calls to me, driving my desire to share its transformative power with others.
My approach blends the wisdom of this ancient practice with modern techniques, creating a safe and approachable space open to all.
